These terms apply to your use of MyVocal (the "App"), operated by MyStudio. By using the App you agree to them. If you got the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.
1. The App
The App offers practice for general voice warm-up and singing: warm-ups, breathing, vocal scales with piano and a live pitch line, and ear training. Warm-ups, breathing, ear training and the basic vocal exercises are free, and the free version shows ads. "MyVocal Premium" unlocks the rest.
2. MyVocal Premium
- "MyVocal Premium (lifetime)" is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price is shown by the store before you buy. It unlocks every agility exercise, the advanced vocal exercises, Build Your Own and the scale settings (pattern, sound, tempo, start note), and removes banner and full-screen ads.
- Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow the store's policy (for the App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com).
- Use "Restore purchase" with the same store account to unlock Premium again on a new device or after reinstalling. Family Sharing is not available.
3. Your voice and health
- The App is for general voice warm-up and practice. It is not medical or therapeutic advice, is not a medical device, and does not diagnose or treat any condition of the voice or body.
- Sing at a comfortable volume and within a range that feels easy. Do not force high or low notes.
- If you feel pain, strain or hoarseness — or dizziness during breathing exercises — stop and rest. If it continues, or if you have a voice or health condition, consult a doctor or a voice professional.
- The pitch line, scores and measured range are estimates from your device's microphone. Background noise, distance and the microphone itself can affect them.
- Do not use the App while driving or in situations that need your attention.
4. Ads
In the free version, the App shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including a full-screen ad from time to time when you open an exercise. Ads come from third parties, and MyStudio is not responsible for the products or sites they advertise. The data involved is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Your use
Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App or its content, or bypass the purchase.
6. Content
The App's exercises, text, graphics, piano and other sounds belong to MyStudio or its licensors.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of the App. If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above.
8. Liability
The App is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, MyStudio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
9. Law and contact

이 약관은 MyStudio 가 운영하는 MyVocal(이하 "앱")을 쓸 때 적용됩니다. 앱을 쓰면 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. App Store 에서 받은 경우 Apple 의 표준 사용권 계약(EULA)도 함께 적용됩니다.
1. 앱
앱은 일반적인 목 풀기와 노래 연습을 돕습니다 — 목 풀기, 호흡, 피아노와 실시간 음정 선이 함께하는 스케일 발성, 음감 연습. 목 풀기 · 호흡 · 음감과 기본 발성 연습은 무료이고 무료 버전에는 광고가 나옵니다. 나머지는 "MyVocal 프리미엄"으로 열 수 있습니다.
2. MyVocal 프리미엄
- "MyVocal 프리미엄(평생)"은 구독이 아닌 한 번 결제입니다. 가격은 사기 전에 스토어가 보여 줍니다. 현음 연습 전부, 고급 발성 연습, 직접 만들기, 스케일 설정(패턴 · 소리 · 빠르기 · 시작 음)이 열리고 배너 · 전면 광고가 사라집니다.
- 결제는 App Store 또는 Google Play 가 처리합니다. 환불은 스토어 정책을 따릅니다(App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com).
- 새 기기나 다시 설치한 뒤에는 같은 스토어 계정으로 "구매 복원"을 누르면 프리미엄이 다시 열립니다. 가족 공유는 되지 않습니다.
3. 목소리와 건강
- 앱은 일반적인 목 풀기와 발성 연습을 위한 것입니다. 의학적 · 치료적 조언이 아니며, 의료기기가 아니고 목소리나 몸의 어떤 질환도 진단하거나 치료하지 않습니다.
- 편한 크기로, 편하게 나오는 음역에서 부르세요. 높은 음 · 낮은 음을 억지로 내지 마세요.
- 아프거나, 목에 무리가 가거나, 목이 쉬는 느낌이 들면 — 호흡 연습 중 어지러울 때도 — 멈추고 쉬세요. 계속되거나 목소리 · 건강에 문제가 있다면 의사나 음성 전문가와 상담하세요.
- 음정 선 · 점수 · 측정한 음역은 기기 마이크로 가늠한 값입니다. 주변 소음 · 거리 · 마이크에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
- 운전 중이거나 주의가 필요한 상황에서는 쓰지 마세요.
4. 광고
무료 버전에는 Google AdMob 이 제공하는 광고가 나오며, 연습을 열 때 가끔 전체 화면 광고가 나옵니다. 광고는 제3자가 제공하며, MyStudio 는 광고하는 상품이나 사이트에 책임지지 않습니다. 광고에 쓰이는 정보는 개인정보처리방침에 적었습니다.
5. 이용
개인적 · 비상업적 목적으로 쓰세요. 앱이나 그 콘텐츠를 복제 · 변경 · 역설계 · 재배포하거나 결제를 우회하면 안 됩니다.
6. 콘텐츠
앱의 연습 · 글 · 그림 · 피아노와 그 밖의 소리는 MyStudio 또는 그 권리자의 것입니다.
7. 변경과 제공
앱의 일부를 고치거나 바꾸거나 멈출 수 있습니다. 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 위의 시행일을 고칩니다.
8. 책임
앱은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 MyStudio 는 앱 이용으로 생긴 간접 · 부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 이 약관은 이용자 나라의 소비자 법이 보장하는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

この規約は、MyStudio が運営する MyVocal(以下「本アプリ」)の利用に適用されます。本アプリを使うと規約に同意したものとみなします。App Store から入手した場合は、Apple の標準使用許諾契約(EULA)も適用されます。
1. 本アプリ
本アプリは、一般的な声のウォームアップと歌の練習のためのものです — ウォームアップ、呼吸、ピアノとリアルタイムの音程の線で歌うスケール発声、音感トレーニング。ウォームアップ・呼吸・音感と基本の発声練習は無料で、無料版には広告が表示されます。そのほかは「MyVocal プレミアム」で使えるようになります。
2. MyVocal プレミアム
- 「MyVocal プレミアム(買い切り)」はサブスクリプションではなく買い切りです。価格は購入前にストアに表示されます。フェイク・ランの練習すべて、上級の発声練習、自分で作る、スケールの設定(パターン・サウンド・テンポ・開始音)が使えるようになり、バナー広告と全画面広告がなくなります。
- 支払いは App Store または Google Play が処理します。返金はストアのポリシーに従います(App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com)。
- 新しい端末や再インストール後は、同じストアのアカウントで「購入を復元」すると再びプレミアムが使えます。ファミリー共有には対応していません。
3. 声と健康
- 本アプリは一般的な声のウォームアップと練習のためのものです。医学的・治療的な助言ではなく、医療機器でもなく、声や体の病気の診断や治療は行いません。
- 無理のない音量で、楽に出せる声域で歌ってください。高い音や低い音を無理に出さないでください。
- 痛み・のどの負担・声のかすれを感じたとき、または呼吸の練習中にめまいがしたときは、中止して休んでください。続く場合や、声・健康に不安がある場合は、医師や声の専門家にご相談ください。
- 音程の線・スコア・測定した声域は、端末のマイクによる推定値です。周りの音・距離・マイクによって変わることがあります。
- 運転中や注意が必要な場面では使わないでください。
4. 広告
無料版では Google AdMob が提供する広告が表示され、練習を開くときにときどき全画面広告が表示されます。広告は第三者が提供するもので、MyStudio は広告される商品やサイトについて責任を負いません。広告に使われる情報はプライバシーポリシーに記載しています。
5. 利用
個人的・非商用の目的でお使いください。本アプリやそのコンテンツの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布、購入の回避はできません。
6. コンテンツ
本アプリの練習・文章・グラフィック・ピアノやその他の音は MyStudio またはその権利者に帰属します。
7. 変更と提供
本アプリの一部を更新・変更・停止することがあります。規約を変更するときは、このページと上の施行日を更新します。
8. 責任
本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。法律で認められる範囲で、MyStudio は本アプリの利用による間接的・付随的な損害について責任を負いません。この規約は、お住まいの国の消費者法による権利を制限しません。
9. 準拠法とお問い合わせ
