These terms apply to your use of MySlowSleep (the "App"), operated by MyStudio. By using the App you agree to them. If you got the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.
1. The App
The App offers sounds for falling asleep (nature sounds, a frequency layer and music you can mix), a sleep timer, breathing guidance and a home-screen widget.
2. Purchase
- The App is a paid app that you buy once from the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown by the store before you buy. There is no subscription.
- Payment is handled by the store. Refunds follow the store's policy (for the App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com).
- You can download the App again on your devices with the same store account.
3. Health and safety
- The App is for relaxation. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition, including sleep disorders. If sleep problems continue, talk to a medical professional.
- Breathe at a pace that feels comfortable. If you feel dizzy or short of breath during breathing guidance, stop and breathe normally.
- Keep the volume at a comfortable, low level, especially with earphones.
- Do not use the App while driving or in situations that need your attention.
4. Your use
Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App or its content.
5. Content
The App's sounds, music, voice guidance, graphics and design belong to MyStudio or its licensors.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of the App. If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above.
7. Liability
The App is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, MyStudio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

이 약관은 MyStudio 가 운영하는 MySlowSleep(이하 "앱")을 쓸 때 적용됩니다. 앱을 쓰면 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. App Store 에서 받은 경우 Apple 의 표준 사용권 계약(EULA)도 함께 적용됩니다.
1. 앱
앱은 잠들기 위한 소리(자연 소리 · 주파수 · 음악을 섞어 듣기), 수면 타이머, 호흡 안내, 홈 화면 위젯을 제공합니다.
2. 구매
- 앱은 App Store 또는 Google Play 에서 한 번 사는 유료 앱입니다. 가격은 사기 전에 스토어가 보여 줍니다. 구독은 없습니다.
- 결제는 스토어가 처리합니다. 환불은 스토어 정책을 따릅니다(App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com).
- 같은 스토어 계정이면 내 기기에서 앱을 다시 내려받을 수 있습니다.
3. 건강과 안전
- 앱은 휴식을 위한 것입니다. 의료기기가 아니며 수면 장애를 포함한 어떤 질환도 진단하거나 치료하지 않습니다. 잠드는 어려움이 계속되면 전문가와 상담하세요.
- 호흡은 편안한 빠르기로 하세요. 호흡 안내 중 어지럽거나 숨이 차면 멈추고 평소대로 숨 쉬세요.
- 소리는 편안하게 작은 크기로 들으세요. 이어폰을 쓸 때는 더 주의하세요.
- 운전 중이거나 주의가 필요한 상황에서는 쓰지 마세요.
4. 이용
개인적 · 비상업적 목적으로 쓰세요. 앱이나 그 콘텐츠를 복제 · 변경 · 역설계 · 재배포하면 안 됩니다.
5. 콘텐츠
앱의 소리 · 음악 · 음성 안내 · 그림 · 디자인은 MyStudio 또는 그 권리자의 것입니다.
6. 변경과 제공
앱의 일부를 고치거나 바꾸거나 멈출 수 있습니다. 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 위의 시행일을 고칩니다.
7. 책임
앱은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 MyStudio 는 앱 이용으로 생긴 간접 · 부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 이 약관은 이용자 나라의 소비자 법이 보장하는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

この規約は、MyStudio が運営する MySlowSleep(以下「本アプリ」)の利用に適用されます。本アプリを使うと規約に同意したものとみなします。App Store から入手した場合は、Apple の標準使用許諾契約(EULA)も適用されます。
1. 本アプリ
本アプリは、眠るための音(自然の音・周波数・音楽を重ねて聴く)、スリープタイマー、呼吸のガイド、ホーム画面のウィジェットを提供します。
2. 購入
- 本アプリは App Store または Google Play で一度購入する有料アプリです。価格は購入前にストアに表示されます。サブスクリプションはありません。
- 支払いはストアが処理します。返金はストアのポリシーに従います(App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com)。
- 同じストアのアカウントなら、お使いの端末に本アプリを再ダウンロードできます。
3. 健康と安全
- 本アプリはリラックスのためのものです。医療機器ではなく、睡眠障害を含むいかなる病気の診断や治療も行いません。眠れない状態が続くときは専門家にご相談ください。
- 呼吸は心地よいペースで行ってください。呼吸のガイド中にめまいや息苦しさを感じたら、中止していつもどおり呼吸してください。
- 音は心地よい小さめの音量でお聴きください。イヤホンを使うときは特にご注意ください。
- 運転中や注意が必要な場面では使わないでください。
4. 利用
個人的・非商用の目的でお使いください。本アプリやそのコンテンツの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布はできません。
5. コンテンツ
本アプリの音・音楽・音声ガイド・グラフィック・デザインは MyStudio またはその権利者に帰属します。
6. 変更と提供
本アプリの一部を更新・変更・停止することがあります。規約を変更するときは、このページと上の施行日を更新します。
7. 責任
本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。法律で認められる範囲で、MyStudio は本アプリの利用による間接的・付随的な損害について責任を負いません。この規約は、お住まいの国の消費者法による権利を制限しません。
