MySlowSleep (the "App") helps you fall asleep with sounds, a sleep timer and breathing guidance. It works without an account and never asks for your name or email. Settings stay on your device; to fix errors and improve the App, it sends usage statistics and crash reports to Google Firebase (section 3).

1. Data that stays on your device

• Settings — sound levels, the sounds you chose, color, sleep timer and breathing settings
• Values your home-screen widget reads (whether sound is playing, levels, sound, timer and color) — kept in on-device storage shared with the widget (iOS App Group, Android widget storage)

This data is stored only on your device and is not sent to the operator or anyone else. Deleting the App deletes it (your device's own backup, such as iCloud, may include it).

2. Purchases

The App is sold through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Payment is handled directly by the store — the App and the operator never receive your payment details.

3. What the App does not do

• No advertising SDKs, and no ads
• No advertising identifier (IDFA / Android advertising ID) and no tracking across apps or websites
• No access to your microphone, camera, photos, contacts, location or health data
• We do not sell or share personal information

Usage statistics and crash reports — Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics

To fix errors and see which features are used, the App (store releases only) sends the following to Google Firebase (Google LLC, USA):

• Usage events — the screens you open (home, breathing and color panels), sounds you turn on or off (the nature sounds and music you chose, frequency on/off, timer minutes and minutes played), breathing sessions (rhythm, rounds, voice guide on/off), color changes and home-screen widget buttons
• Crash reports — the error and the app's state when it happened
• A random app-instance ID created by Firebase, device model, OS and app version, language, and an approximate region from the IP address
• Install source (Android only — which store link or campaign the App was installed from)

We do not collect your name, email, advertising identifier or precise location, and this data is not linked to your contact details, used for advertising or sold. Google keeps analytics data for up to 14 months and crash reports for 90 days. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Permissions the App uses

• Background audio (iOS) — so sounds keep playing with the screen off or locked.
• Internet and network state (Android: INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED) — to send the usage statistics and crash reports in section 3 (after a restart, reports that could not be sent are sent later).
• Keep awake and media playback service (Android: WAKE_LOCK, FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK) — so sounds keep playing on the lock screen and the sleep timer can fade them out.

5. Children

The App is for everyone and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases go through the store account, where parents can require approval (for example Ask to Buy).

6. Your rights and contact

Settings stay on your device and are deleted with the App. To ask about or delete usage statistics linked to your app-instance ID, or for any question about this policy, contact support@mystudioapps.com. We answer within 10 days.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. If what the App sends changes, we will update this policy first.

MySlowSleep(이하 "앱")은 소리와 수면 타이머, 호흡 안내로 잠드는 것을 돕는 앱입니다. 계정 없이 쓰며 이름 · 이메일을 묻지 않습니다. 설정은 기기에만 두고, 오류를 고치고 앱을 다듬기 위해 이용 통계와 오류 보고를 Google Firebase 로 보냅니다(3장).

1. 기기에만 남는 정보

• 설정 — 소리 크기, 고른 소리, 색, 수면 타이머, 호흡 설정
• 홈 화면 위젯이 읽는 값(재생 여부 · 크기 · 소리 · 타이머 · 색) — 위젯과 함께 쓰는 기기 안 저장소(iOS App Group, 안드로이드 위젯 저장소)에 둡니다

이 정보는 기기에만 저장되고 운영자나 다른 누구에게도 보내지 않습니다. 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다(iCloud 같은 기기 백업에는 남을 수 있습니다).

2. 결제

앱은 App Store(Apple) 또는 Google Play 에서 판매됩니다. 결제는 스토어가 직접 처리하며, 앱과 운영자는 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.

3. 앱이 하지 않는 것

• 광고 SDK 를 넣지 않았고 광고가 없습니다
• 광고 식별자(IDFA · 안드로이드 광고 ID)를 모으지 않고, 다른 앱 · 웹사이트를 넘나드는 추적을 하지 않습니다
• 마이크 · 카메라 · 사진 · 연락처 · 위치 · 건강 정보에 접근하지 않습니다
• 개인정보를 팔거나 다른 곳에 넘기지 않습니다

이용 통계와 오류 보고 — Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics

오류를 고치고 어떤 기능을 쓰는지 알기 위해, 앱(스토어 판만)은 다음을 Google Firebase(Google LLC, 미국)로 보냅니다.

• 이용 기록 — 연 화면(홈 · 호흡 판 · 색 판), 소리를 켜고 끈 것(고른 자연 소리 · 곡, 주파수 켬/끔, 타이머 분, 틀었던 분), 호흡 시작(박자 · 횟수 · 음성 안내 켬), 색 바꿈, 홈 화면 위젯 단추
• 오류 보고 — 오류 내용과 그때의 앱 상태
• Firebase 가 만드는 무작위 앱 설치 ID, 기기 모델 · OS · 앱 버전, 언어, IP 주소로 짐작한 대략의 지역
• 설치 경로(안드로이드만 — 어떤 스토어 링크 · 캠페인으로 설치했는지)

이름 · 이메일 · 광고 식별자 · 정밀 위치는 모으지 않으며, 이 정보는 연락처와 연결하지 않고 광고에 쓰거나 팔지 않습니다. Google 은 통계를 최대 14개월, 오류 보고를 90일 보관합니다. 이는 개인정보의 국외 이전입니다. Google 개인정보처리방침: policies.google.com/privacy

4. 앱이 쓰는 권한

• 백그라운드 오디오(iOS) — 화면을 끄거나 잠가도 소리가 이어지게 하기 위해서입니다.
• 인터넷 · 네트워크 상태(안드로이드: INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED) — 3장의 이용 통계와 오류 보고를 보내기 위해서입니다(기기를 다시 켠 뒤 못 보낸 기록을 보냅니다).
• 화면 꺼짐 중 실행 · 미디어 재생 서비스(안드로이드: WAKE_LOCK, FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK) — 잠금 화면에서도 소리가 이어지고, 수면 타이머가 소리를 천천히 줄여 끌 수 있게 하기 위해서입니다.

5. 어린이

앱은 누구나 쓸 수 있으며 어린이의 개인정보를 일부러 모으지 않습니다. 결제는 스토어 계정으로 이뤄지고, 보호자는 구매 승인(예: 구입 요청)을 설정할 수 있습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리와 문의

설정은 기기에만 있어 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다. 앱 설치 ID 에 묶인 이용 통계의 열람 · 삭제 요청이나 이 방침에 대한 문의는 support@mystudioapps.com 으로 보내 주세요 — 10일 안에 답합니다.

7. 바뀔 때

방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 위의 시행일을 고칩니다. 앱이 보내는 정보가 바뀌면 방침을 먼저 고칩니다.

MySlowSleep(以下「本アプリ」)は、音とスリープタイマー、呼吸のガイドで眠りを助けるアプリです。アカウントなしで使え、氏名やメールアドレスは求めません。設定は端末だけに置き、不具合の修正と改善のために利用統計とクラッシュレポートを Google Firebase に送ります(第3章)。

1. 端末だけに残る情報

• 設定 — 音の大きさ、選んだ音、色、スリープタイマー、呼吸の設定
• ホーム画面のウィジェットが読む値(再生中かどうか・大きさ・音・タイマー・色)— ウィジェットと共有する端末内の保存領域(iOS App Group、Android のウィジェット用保存領域)に置きます

これらは端末だけに保存され、運営者や第三者には送られません。本アプリを削除すると一緒に消えます(iCloud など端末のバックアップには残ることがあります)。

2. 購入

本アプリは App Store(Apple)または Google Play で販売されます。支払いはストアが直接処理し、本アプリと運営者は支払い情報を受け取りません。

3. 本アプリがしないこと

• 広告の SDK は入っておらず、広告もありません
• 広告識別子(IDFA・Android 広告 ID)を集めず、アプリやサイトをまたぐトラッキングをしません
• マイク・カメラ・写真・連絡先・位置情報・ヘルスケアの情報にアクセスしません
• 個人情報を販売・共有しません

利用統計とクラッシュレポート — Firebase Analytics、Crashlytics

不具合の修正と、どの機能が使われているかを知るため、本アプリ(ストア版のみ)は次の情報を Google Firebase(Google LLC、米国)に送ります。

• 利用記録 — 開いた画面(ホーム・呼吸パネル・色パネル)、音のオン・オフ(選んだ自然の音・曲、周波数のオン・オフ、タイマーの分、再生した分)、呼吸の開始(リズム・回数・音声ガイドのオン)、色の変更、ホーム画面ウィジェットのボタン
• クラッシュレポート — エラーの内容とそのときのアプリの状態
• Firebase が作るランダムなアプリのインスタンス ID、機種・OS・アプリのバージョン、言語、IP アドレスから推定したおおよその地域
• インストール経路(Android のみ — どのストアのリンク・キャンペーンからインストールしたか)

氏名・メールアドレス・広告識別子・正確な位置情報は集めず、これらの情報を連絡先と結びつけたり、広告に使ったり、販売したりしません。Google は統計を最長14か月、クラッシュレポートを90日保存します。これは個人情報の国外移転です。Google のプライバシーポリシー: policies.google.com/privacy

4. 本アプリが使う権限

• バックグラウンドオーディオ(iOS) — 画面を消したりロックしたりしても音が続くようにするためです。
• インターネット・ネットワーク状態(Android: INTERNET、ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE、RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED) — 第3章の利用統計とクラッシュレポートを送るためです(端末の再起動後、送れなかった記録を送ります)。
• スリープ防止・メディア再生サービス(Android: WAKE_LOCK、FOREGROUND_SERVICE、FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK) — ロック画面でも音が続き、スリープタイマーが音をゆっくり小さくして止められるようにするためです。

5. お子さま

本アプリはどなたでも使え、お子さまの個人情報を意図して集めることはありません。購入はストアのアカウントで行われ、保護者は承認(例: 承認と購入のリクエスト)を設定できます。

6. 利用者の権利とお問い合わせ

設定は端末だけにあり、本アプリを削除すると一緒に消えます。アプリのインスタンス ID に結びついた利用統計の開示・削除のご依頼や、このポリシーについてのお問い合わせは support@mystudioapps.com まで — 10日以内にお返事します。

7. 変更

このポリシーを変更するときは、このページと上の施行日を更新します。本アプリが送る情報が変わるときは、先にこのポリシーを更新します。
