MySlowBody works without an account. An account is created only if you turn on Backup & restore with Apple or Google. You can delete it at any time.

Delete your account (in the app)

1. Open MySlowBody and tap the ⓘ icon at the top right of the home screen.
2. Under Backup & restore, tap Delete backup.
3. Tap Delete to confirm. (If you signed in with Apple, confirm once more with Apple.)

No longer have the app? Email support@mystudioapps.com with the subject "MySlowBody account deletion" and the Apple or Google email you signed in with. We complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (Apple or Google link, email address, user ID): immediately.
• Everything in your backup: routines you made, favorites, workout history and settings: immediately.
• For Apple sign-in, the app's Apple sign-in authorization is revoked.

What is kept, and for how long

• Data on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. The account deletion does not touch it.
• Purchase records (anonymous ID and store receipts at RevenueCat) are kept as long as needed for billing, tax and legal obligations. Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting the account: cancel in App Store or Google Play settings.
• Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports (Firebase) are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically by Google after at most 14 months.
• Feedback and move requests you sent are deleted within 1 year after they are handled, or sooner on request.

Delete some data without deleting the account

• Data on your device: delete it in the app (e.g. remove routines) or uninstall the app.
• Backup data, feedback or other data: email support@mystudioapps.com with the subject "MySlowBody data deletion", saying which data to delete. We complete requests within 30 days.

3. 삭제를 눌러 확인하세요. (Apple로 로그인했다면 Apple 확인을 한 번 더 거쳐요.)

앱이 없다면 support@mystudioapps.com으로 제목 "MySlowBody 계정 삭제"와 로그인한 Apple·Google 메일 주소를 적어 보내 주세요. 30일 안에 처리해요.

삭제되는 데이터

• 로그인 계정(Apple·Google 연결, 이메일 주소, 사용자 ID): 즉시
• 백업된 내 루틴·즐겨찾기·운동 기록·설정 전부: 즉시
• Apple로 로그인했다면 앱의 Apple 로그인 권한도 해제돼요.

남는 데이터와 보관 기간

• 이 기기의 데이터는 직접 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 남아요. 계정 삭제는 기기 데이터를 건드리지 않아요.
• 구매 기록(RevenueCat의 익명 ID·스토어 영수증)은 결제·세금·법적 의무에 필요한 기간 동안 보관돼요. 계정을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않으니 App Store·Google Play 설정에서 해지하세요.
• 익명 사용 통계·오류 보고(Firebase)는 계정과 연결되지 않으며, 최대 14개월 뒤 Google이 자동으로 지워요.
• 보내 주신 피드백·동작 요청은 처리 후 1년 안에, 요청하면 그보다 먼저 지워요.

계정은 두고 일부 데이터만 삭제하기

• 이 기기의 데이터: 앱에서 직접 지우거나(내 루틴 삭제 등) 앱을 삭제하세요.
• 백업 데이터·피드백 등: support@mystudioapps.com으로 제목 "MySlowBody 데이터 삭제"와 지울 데이터를 적어 보내 주세요. 30일 안에 처리해요.

MySlowBody はアカウントなしで使えます。アカウントは Apple または Google でバックアップ · 復元をオンにしたときだけ作成され、いつでも削除できます。

アカウントを削除する（アプリで）

1. MySlowBody を開き、ホーム画面右上の ⓘ アイコンをタップします。
2. バックアップ · 復元で バックアップを削除をタップします。
3. 削除をタップして確定します。（Apple でログインした場合は、Apple の確認がもう一度あります。）

アプリがない場合は、support@mystudioapps.com へ件名「MySlowBody アカウント削除」と、ログインした Apple・Google のメールアドレスを書いてお送りください。30日以内に対応します。

削除されるデータ

• ログインアカウント（Apple・Google の連携、メールアドレス、ユーザーID）：すぐに
• バックアップされたルーティン・お気に入り・運動記録・設定のすべて：すぐに
• Apple でログインした場合は、アプリの Apple ログイン許可も取り消されます。

残るデータと保存期間

• この端末のデータは、ご自身で削除するかアプリを削除するまで残ります。アカウント削除では端末のデータは消えません。
• 購入記録（RevenueCat の匿名ID・ストアのレシート）は、決済・税務・法令上の義務に必要な期間保存されます。アカウントを削除してもサブスクリプションは解約されないため、App Store・Google Play の設定で解約してください。
• 匿名の利用統計・エラー報告（Firebase）はアカウントと結びつかず、最長14か月後に Google が自動で削除します。
• 送信されたフィードバック・動作リクエストは、対応後1年以内に、ご依頼があればそれより早く削除します。

アカウントを残して一部のデータだけ削除する

• この端末のデータ: アプリで直接削除する（ルーティンの削除など）か、アプリを削除してください。
• バックアップデータ・フィードバックなど: support@mystudioapps.com へ件名「MySlowBody データ削除」と、削除するデータを書いてお送りください。30日以内に対応します。

MySlowBody 无需账户即可使用。只有在通过 Apple 或 Google 开启备份 · 恢复时才会创建账户，你可以随时删除。

3. 点击删除确认。（如果使用 Apple 登录，还需再通过 Apple 确认一次。）

如果已没有应用，请发送邮件至 support@mystudioapps.com，主题为"MySlowBody 删除账户"，并写明登录所用的 Apple 或 Google 邮箱。我们会在 30 天内处理。

会被删除的数据

• 登录账户（Apple 或 Google 关联、邮箱地址、用户 ID）：立即删除
• 备份中的全部计划、收藏、运动记录和设置：立即删除
• 如果使用 Apple 登录，应用的 Apple 登录授权也会被撤销。

保留的数据和保留期限

• 本设备上的数据会保留，直到你自行删除或卸载应用。删除账户不会影响设备上的数据。
• 购买记录（RevenueCat 的匿名 ID 和商店收据）会在结算、税务和法律义务所需的期间内保留。删除账户不会取消订阅，请在 App Store 或 Google Play 设置中取消。
• 匿名使用统计和错误报告（Firebase）不与账户关联，最长 14 个月后由 Google 自动删除。
• 你发送的意见反馈和添加动作请求会在处理后一年内删除，如有要求可提前删除。

保留账户，只删除部分数据

• 本设备上的数据：在应用中直接删除（如删除计划）或卸载应用。
• 备份数据、意见反馈等：发送邮件至 support@mystudioapps.com，主题为"MySlowBody 删除数据"，并写明要删除的数据。我们会在 30 天内处理。
