1. Service

MyScore (the "App") reads orchestra parts (PDFs or images) that you open on your device, automatically assigns bowings (down-bow ⊓ / up-bow ∨) and shows them as an overlay on the original. Auto bowing, including the Advanced engine, is free. Without Premium you can add up to three scores (the sample score does not count). Some features are offered through Premium.

2. Automatic bowing and its limits

Bowings are assigned automatically from what the App recognizes in the score, and both recognition and assignment can be wrong. Passages the App could not read reliably are drawn faintly and flagged for review. Check the bowings yourself before rehearsals and performances. The operator does not guarantee that automatic results are accurate or suitable for any particular performance.

3. Premium

• Premium unlocks unlimited score uploads, Manual bowing, Mark style, Export (PDF, JPG, PNG) and editing and saving bowings in ensemble scores. You can choose a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription or a lifetime purchase (paid once), at the prices shown in the App and the store.
• If a free trial is offered with the yearly subscription, the yearly price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The store may ask for your consent to the payment before the trial ends; if you do not consent, the subscription is cancelled. The store decides whether you can receive a free trial (usually once per account).
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (one month or one year) at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You can cancel at any time in your store account's subscription settings; after cancelling, Premium stays available until the end of the period you paid for. If the price changes, the store notifies you in advance under its policy.
• The lifetime purchase is paid once and does not renew.
• When a subscription ends, the scores you added and the bowings you made stay as they are; only the Premium features lock again.
• Subscriptions belong to the store account that made them. After reinstalling the App or switching devices, tap Restore purchase with the same store account.
• Refunds follow each store's policy. The operator cannot refund store purchases directly.

4. Scores and copyright

• Rights in the score files you open belong to their rights holders. Use only scores you lawfully own or are permitted to use. Some scores, such as rental orchestral parts, come with contracts that forbid copying: follow those terms.
• The App never modifies your original file (PDF or image); bowing marks are stored separately as an overlay. Score files stay on your device and the App does not upload them.
• Files you export (PDF, JPG or PNG) contain the score together with your bowings. Use them for your own practice and performance, and don't distribute them without the rights holder's permission.
• You are responsible for how you use score files. The operator is not responsible for infringement arising from files you import.

5. Ensembles

• In an ensemble, the bowing marks saved by owners and admins are shared with its members. Only bowing marks and score details are shared, never score files. Each member opens their own lawfully obtained copy of the same edition.
• When you add a score to an ensemble, you confirm that you lawfully have it, and the App records who added it and when.
• When you view or export an ensemble score, the ensemble name and your name appear on each page. Exported ensemble scores are for your own practice and performance, like any export (section 4).
• Creating, joining and viewing ensembles is free. Editing and saving an ensemble score's bowings requires that person's own Premium; without it, owners, admins and members can view only. Premium is never passed on to other members.
• Owners can appoint admins, transfer ownership and delete the ensemble. Owners and admins are responsible for the scores they add.

6. Copyright reports and repeat infringers

• If you believe that something in an ensemble infringes your rights, email support@mystudioapps.com with the subject [Copyright report]. Include your name and contact details, proof of your rights, the ensemble name or invite code and the score title, why you believe it infringes, and a statement that the information is accurate.
• When a report includes this information, the operator promptly blocks the score (its shared bowings become unavailable) and notifies the reporter and the ensemble. The ensemble's owner may ask for reinstatement with proof of rights at the same address, with the subject [Reinstatement request]; the operator handles it as the law provides.
• If valid reports lead to three blocks in one ensemble, the operator may suspend the ensemble and the accounts that added those scores.

7. Intellectual property

The App's design, code, and recognition and bowing engines belong to the operator. Copying, distributing, modifying or reverse engineering them beyond what the law permits is not allowed. The bowing marks you create are yours; the operator claims no rights in them.

8. Your data

Scores, bowing marks and version history in My scores are stored only on your device. There is no backup or sync, so they may not be recoverable if you delete the App or change devices. For ensemble scores, saved versions are also kept in the ensemble. See the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of liability

The App is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App. Features may change as the App is improved.

10. Changes

Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live. Contact: support@mystudioapps.com

1. 서비스

MyScore(이하 "앱")는 이용자가 기기에서 연 오케스트라 파트보(PDF 또는 이미지)를 읽어 활 방향(내림활 ⊓ / 올림활 ∨)을 자동으로 배분하고, 원본 위에 겹쳐 표시합니다. 고급 엔진을 포함한 자동 보잉은 무료입니다. 프리미엄 없이 악보를 3번까지 올릴 수 있고(샘플 악보는 세지 않습니다), 일부 기능은 프리미엄으로 제공됩니다.

2. 자동 보잉의 한계

보잉은 앱이 악보에서 인식한 내용을 바탕으로 자동 배분되며, 인식과 배분은 틀릴 수 있습니다. 앱이 확실히 읽지 못한 부분은 흐리게 그리고 확인이 필요하다고 알립니다. 연습·공연 전에 보잉을 직접 확인하세요. 운영자는 자동 결과가 정확하거나 특정 연주에 알맞다는 것을 보증하지 않습니다.

3. 프리미엄

• 프리미엄은 악보 올리기 무제한, 수동 보잉, 보잉 표시 꾸미기, 내보내기(PDF·JPG·PNG), 조직 악보의 보잉 고치기·저장을 엽니다. 1개월 구독, 1년 구독, 평생 이용권(한 번 결제) 가운데 고를 수 있으며, 가격은 결제 화면과 스토어에 표시된 금액을 따릅니다.
• 1년 구독에 무료 체험이 제공되면, 체험이 끝나기 전에 해지하지 않는 한 체험이 끝날 때 1년 요금이 결제됩니다. 스토어가 체험이 끝나기 전에 결제 동의를 물을 수 있고, 동의하지 않으면 구독이 해지됩니다. 무료 체험을 받을 수 있는지는 스토어가 정합니다(보통 계정당 한 번).
• 구독은 현재 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 같은 기간(1개월 또는 1년)과 같은 가격으로 자동 갱신되며, 요금은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 계정으로 결제됩니다. 해지는 스토어 계정의 구독 설정에서 언제든 할 수 있고, 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지는 프리미엄을 쓸 수 있습니다. 가격이 바뀌면 스토어가 정책에 따라 미리 알립니다.
• 평생 이용권은 한 번 결제하며 자동 갱신되지 않습니다.
• 구독이 끝나도 이미 올린 악보와 만든 보잉은 그대로 남고, 프리미엄 기능만 다시 잠깁니다.
• 구독은 결제한 스토어 계정에 귀속됩니다. 앱을 다시 설치했거나 기기를 바꿨으면 같은 스토어 계정으로 구매 복원을 누르세요.
• 환불은 각 스토어의 정책에 따릅니다. 운영자는 스토어 결제를 직접 환불할 수 없습니다.

4. 악보와 저작권

• 이용자가 앱에서 여는 악보 파일의 권리는 그 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 적법하게 보유했거나 이용 허락을 받은 악보만 사용해야 합니다. 대여(렌털) 악보처럼 계약으로 복제가 금지된 악보는 그 계약을 따르세요.
• 앱은 원본 파일(PDF·이미지)을 수정하지 않으며, 보잉 표시는 원본과 따로 저장되어 그 위에 겹쳐 그려집니다. 악보 파일은 이용자의 기기에만 있으며 앱이 서버로 올리지 않습니다.
• 내보낸 파일(PDF·JPG·PNG)에는 악보와 보잉이 함께 담깁니다. 본인 연습·연주용으로 쓰고, 권리자 허락 없이 배포하지 마세요.
• 악보 파일의 이용에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 운영자는 이용자가 가져온 파일로 생긴 권리 침해에 책임지지 않습니다.

5. 조직

• 조직에서는 소유자·관리자가 저장한 보잉 표시를 단원들과 나눕니다. 나누는 것은 보잉 표시와 악보 정보뿐이고 악보 파일은 올리지 않습니다. 단원은 각자 적법하게 가진 같은 판본의 악보를 엽니다.
• 조직에 악보를 올릴 때 이용자는 그 악보를 적법하게 가지고 있음을 확인하며, 앱은 올린 사람과 시각을 기록합니다.
• 조직 악보를 보거나 내보낼 때는 쪽마다 조직 이름과 내 이름이 표시됩니다. 내보낸 조직 악보도 다른 내보내기와 같이 본인 연습·연주용입니다(4장).
• 조직 만들기·참여·보기는 무료입니다. 조직 악보의 보잉을 고치고 저장하려면 그 사람의 프리미엄이 필요하며, 프리미엄이 없으면 소유자·관리자·단원 모두 보기만 할 수 있습니다. 프리미엄은 다른 단원에게 넘어가지 않습니다.
• 소유자는 관리자를 임명하고, 소유권을 넘기거나 조직을 없앨 수 있습니다. 소유자와 관리자는 자신이 올린 악보에 책임을 집니다.

6. 저작권 신고와 반복 침해

• 조직 안의 내용이 권리를 침해한다고 생각하면 support@mystudioapps.com 로 제목 [저작권 신고]를 달아 보내 주세요. 신고에는 권리주장자의 이름과 연락처, 권리를 증명하는 자료, 조직 이름 또는 초대 코드와 악보 제목, 침해라고 보는 이유, 내용이 사실이라는 진술이 있어야 합니다.
• 요건을 갖춘 신고가 오면 운영자는 지체 없이 해당 악보를 차단(공유된 보잉을 볼 수 없게)하고 신고자와 그 조직에 알립니다. 조직 소유자는 정당한 권리를 소명해 같은 주소로 제목 [재개 요구]를 달아 재개를 요구할 수 있으며, 운영자는 법이 정한 절차에 따라 처리합니다.
• 요건을 갖춘 신고로 한 조직에서 차단이 세 번 쌓이면, 운영자는 그 조직과 해당 악보를 올린 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다.

7. 지식재산권

앱의 디자인, 코드, 인식·배분 엔진에 대한 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위를 넘어 복제, 배포, 수정, 역설계하는 것은 허용되지 않습니다. 이용자가 만든 보잉 표시는 이용자의 것이며, 운영자는 이에 대한 권리를 주장하지 않습니다.

8. 이용자의 데이터

나의 악보의 악보·보잉 표시·버전 기록은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 백업·동기화가 없으므로, 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다. 조직 악보의 저장한 버전은 조직에도 보관됩니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.

9. 책임의 제한

운영자는 앱을 현재 상태로 제공하며, 관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서 앱 이용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 앱 기능은 개선을 위해 바뀔 수 있습니다.

10. 약관의 변경

약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

11. 준거법과 문의

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 강행적인 소비자 보호 규정은 그대로 적용됩니다. 문의: support@mystudioapps.com

1. サービス

MyScore（以下「本アプリ」）は、端末で開いたオーケストラのパート譜（PDFまたは画像）を読み取り、ボウイング（ダウンボウ ⊓ / アップボウ ∨）を自動で配分して、原本の上に重ねて表示します。高精度エンジンを含む自動ボウイングは無料です。プレミアムなしで楽譜を3回まで追加でき（サンプル楽譜は数えません）、一部の機能はプレミアムで提供します。

2. 自動ボウイングの限界

ボウイングは本アプリが楽譜から認識した内容をもとに自動で配分されるため、認識や配分が誤っている場合があります。本アプリが確実に読み取れなかった部分は薄く表示し、確認が必要であることを示します。練習や本番の前に、ボウイングをご自身で確認してください。運営者は、自動の結果が正確であることや、特定の演奏に適していることを保証しません。

3. プレミアム

• プレミアムでは、楽譜の追加が無制限になり、手動ボウイング、記号のスタイル、書き出し（PDF・JPG・PNG）、団体の楽譜のボウイングの編集・保存が使えるようになります。月額サブスクリプション、年額サブスクリプション、買い切り（1回払い）から選べ、価格はアプリとストアに表示される金額に従います。
• 年額サブスクリプションに無料体験がある場合、体験期間が終わる前に解約しない限り、体験終了時に年額料金が課金されます。体験が終わる前にストアが支払いへの同意を求めることがあり、同意しない場合はサブスクリプションが解約されます。無料体験を受けられるかどうかはストアが決めます（通常はアカウントごとに1回）。
• 現在の期間が終わる24時間前までに解約しない限り、サブスクリプションは同じ期間（1か月または1年）・同じ価格で自動更新され、料金はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playのアカウントに請求されます。解約はストアアカウントのサブスクリプション設定からいつでもでき、解約しても支払い済みの期間が終わるまではプレミアムを使えます。価格が変わる場合は、ストアがそのポリシーに従って事前にお知らせします。
• 買い切りは1回のお支払いで、自動更新されません。
• サブスクリプションが終了しても、追加済みの楽譜と作成済みのボウイングはそのまま残り、プレミアムの機能だけが再びロックされます。
• サブスクリプションは決済したストアアカウントに帰属します。アプリを再インストールしたり機種変更したりした場合は、同じストアアカウントで購入を復元をタップしてください。
• 返金は各ストアのポリシーに従います。運営者がストアでの購入を直接返金することはできません。

4. 楽譜と著作権

• 本アプリで開く楽譜ファイルの権利は、その権利者に帰属します。適法に所有しているか、利用の許諾を得た楽譜だけを使ってください。レンタル譜のように契約で複製が禁じられている楽譜は、その契約に従ってください。
• 本アプリは元のファイル（PDF・画像）を変更しません。ボウイング記号は原本とは別に保存され、その上に重ねて描かれます。楽譜ファイルは利用者の端末にのみあり、本アプリがサーバーにアップロードすることはありません。
• 書き出したファイル（PDF・JPG・PNG）には楽譜とボウイングが一緒に含まれます。ご自身の練習・演奏用に使い、権利者の許可なく配布しないでください。
• 楽譜ファイルの利用に関する責任は利用者にあります。運営者は、利用者が取り込んだファイルによって生じた権利侵害について責任を負いません。

5. 団体

• 団体では、オーナーと管理者が保存したボウイング記号を団員と共有します。共有するのはボウイング記号と楽譜の情報だけで、楽譜ファイルはアップロードしません。団員はそれぞれ正当に入手した同じ版の楽譜を開きます。
• 団体に楽譜を追加するとき、利用者はその楽譜を正当に所有していることを確認し、本アプリは追加した人と日時を記録します。
• 団体の楽譜を見るときや書き出すときは、各ページに団体名と自分の名前が表示されます。書き出した団体の楽譜も、ほかの書き出しと同じく、ご自身の練習・演奏用です（第4条）。
• 団体の作成・参加・閲覧は無料です。団体の楽譜のボウイングを編集・保存するには、その人自身のプレミアムが必要です。プレミアムがない場合、オーナー・管理者・団員はいずれも閲覧のみできます。プレミアムがほかの団員に引き継がれることはありません。
• オーナーは管理者を任命し、所有権を移したり団体を削除したりできます。オーナーと管理者は、自分が追加した楽譜について責任を負います。

6. 著作権の申し立てと繰り返しの侵害

• 団体の中の内容が権利を侵害していると考える場合は、件名［著作権の申し立て］で support@mystudioapps.com までお送りください。申し立てには、申立人の氏名と連絡先、権利を証明する資料、団体名または招待コードと楽譜のタイトル、侵害と考える理由、内容が事実であるという陳述が必要です。
• 要件を満たす申し立てがあった場合、運営者は遅滞なくその楽譜をブロック（共有されたボウイングを見られないように）し、申立人とその団体に知らせます。団体のオーナーは正当な権利を疎明し、同じ宛先に件名［再開の要求］で再開を求めることができ、運営者は法律の定める手続きに従って処理します。
• 要件を満たす申し立てにより一つの団体でブロックが3回重なった場合、運営者はその団体と該当する楽譜を追加したアカウントを停止することがあります。

7. 知的財産権

本アプリのデザイン、コード、認識・配分エンジンに関する権利は運営者に帰属します。法律で認められる範囲を超えて複製、配布、改変、リバースエンジニアリングすることは認められません。利用者が作成したボウイング記号は利用者のものであり、運営者はこれに関する権利を主張しません。

8. 利用者のデータ

マイ楽譜の楽譜・ボウイング記号・バージョン履歴は利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、バックアップや同期がないため、アプリを削除したり機種変更したりすると復元できない場合があります。団体の楽譜の保存したバージョンは団体にも保管されます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

9. 責任の制限

運営者は本アプリを現状のまま提供し、法律で認められる範囲において、本アプリの利用によって生じた間接的・付随的な損害について責任を負いません。本アプリの機能は改善のために変更されることがあります。

10. 規約の変更

規約を変更する場合は、このページに施行日とともに掲載します。変更後も本アプリを使い続けた場合は、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

11. 準拠法とお問い合わせ

本規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠します。ただし、利用者が居住する国の強行的な消費者保護規定は影響を受けません。お問い合わせ：support@mystudioapps.com
