These terms apply to your use of MyPartyGames (the "App"), operated by MyStudio. By using the App you agree to them. If you got the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.

1. The App

The App is a collection of party games played on one phone, from one player to a whole group: games for everyone together, tools for settling a bet or making a decision, head-to-head games, and puzzles to play on your own. No account is needed. Some games are free, and the others are opened one at a time with Star Candy, which you earn by playing (section 3). The free version shows ads. Premium removes ads and helps you collect Star Candy faster (section 2).

2. Purchases

Premium

• Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not expire. The price is shown by the store before you buy.
• Premium removes ads, adds 5,000 Star Candy once, and doubles the Star Candy you earn while playing from then on. It does not open every game by itself: paid games are opened with Star Candy (section 3).
• Use "Restore purchase" with the same store account to get Premium back on a new device or after reinstalling. Family Sharing is not available.

Star Candy packs

• A Star Candy pack adds 3,000 Star Candy each time you buy it. It is a consumable purchase: you can buy it as many times as you like, with or without Premium. The price is shown by the store before you buy.
• Star Candy and the games you opened are stored only on this device and are lost if you delete the App. If you reinstall and restore your purchases, the Premium gift Star Candy and the Star Candy packs you bought may be given again (section 3).

Payment and refunds

• Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow the store's policy (for the App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com). If a Premium purchase is refunded, Premium is turned off.

3. Star Candy

• Star Candy is the App's in-app currency. You earn it for free each time you finish a round. The amount depends on the game (quick decision tools give the least; party games, puzzles and long games give more), and your first round of the day gives a bonus. There is a limit to how much you can earn in one visit to a game.
• 500 Star Candy opens one paid game for good on this device.
• Star Candy has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for money, refunded, sold, or transferred to another person or device.
• Your Star Candy balance and the games you opened with it are kept only on your device. If you delete the App or change devices, they are lost (purchases restored after reinstalling may give the Premium gift and bought packs again, as above).
• We may change how Star Candy is earned or how much a game costs. Games you have already opened stay open.

4. Playing safely

• The App is for fun with family and friends. Questions and prompts in games such as King Game are written to be family friendly: no alcohol and no sexual content.
• Nobody has to answer a question or do a dare they do not want to. Forfeits, dares and commands that players make up themselves are their own responsibility: keep them safe, kind and agreed by everyone.
• Games for settling a bet or making a decision choose results at random, just for fun. The App does not handle money or prizes. Do not use it for gambling.
• Some games pass the phone around, need quick taps or movement, or use sudden sounds, strong vibration or bright flashes (for example when the bomb goes off). Hold the phone firmly, play in a safe place, and take care if you are sensitive to flashing light.
• The App is not a medical device. Do not use it while driving or in situations that need your attention.

5. Your use

Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App or its content, or bypass purchases or the Star Candy system.

6. Content

The App's games, words, questions, graphics, sounds and music belong to MyStudio or its licensors.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the App, including adding or changing games. If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above.

8. Liability

The App is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, MyStudio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App, including anything players decide or do during a game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

이 약관은 MyStudio 가 운영하는 MyPartyGames(이하 "앱")을 쓸 때 적용됩니다. 앱을 쓰면 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. App Store 에서 받은 경우 Apple 의 표준 사용권 계약(EULA)도 함께 적용됩니다.

1. 앱

앱은 폰 하나로 혼자서도, 여럿이 모여서도 즐기는 파티게임 모음입니다: 모여서 즐기는 게임, 내기나 결정이 필요할 때 쓰는 도구, 둘이서 하는 대결, 혼자 하는 퍼즐. 계정은 필요 없습니다. 일부 게임은 무료이고, 나머지는 놀면서 모은 별사탕으로 하나씩 엽니다(3장). 무료 버전에는 광고가 나옵니다. 프리미엄은 광고를 없애고 별사탕을 더 빨리 모으게 해 줍니다(2장).

2. 구매

프리미엄

• 프리미엄은 구독이 아닌 한 번 결제이며 기간이 끝나지 않습니다. 가격은 사기 전에 스토어가 보여 줍니다.
• 프리미엄은 광고를 없애고, 별사탕 5,000개를 한 번 주고, 그 뒤로 게임에서 모으는 별사탕을 2배로 합니다. 프리미엄만으로 모든 게임이 열리지는 않습니다: 유료 게임은 별사탕으로 엽니다(3장).
• 새 기기나 다시 설치한 뒤에는 같은 스토어 계정으로 "구매 복원"을 누르면 프리미엄이 다시 열립니다. 가족 공유는 되지 않습니다.

별사탕 묶음

• 별사탕 묶음은 살 때마다 별사탕 3,000개를 넣어 줍니다. 소모성 구매라 프리미엄이 없어도 몇 번이든 살 수 있습니다. 가격은 사기 전에 스토어가 보여 줍니다.
• 별사탕과 연 게임은 이 기기에만 저장되어 앱을 지우면 사라지며, 다시 설치해 구매를 복원하면 프리미엄 선물 별사탕과 산 별사탕 묶음이 다시 지급될 수 있습니다(3장).

결제와 환불

• 결제는 App Store 또는 Google Play 가 처리합니다. 환불은 스토어 정책을 따릅니다(App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com). 프리미엄이 환불되면 프리미엄은 꺼집니다.

3. 별사탕

• 별사탕은 앱 안에서 쓰는 화폐입니다. 한 판을 마칠 때마다 무료로 받습니다. 받는 양은 게임에 따라 다르고(금방 끝나는 결정 도구는 적게, 파티 게임 · 퍼즐 · 오래 걸리는 판은 더 많이), 하루 첫 판에는 보너스가 더해집니다. 게임 화면에 한 번 들어가서 받을 수 있는 양에는 한도가 있습니다.
• 별사탕 500개로 유료 게임 하나를 이 기기에서 계속 열어 둡니다.
• 별사탕은 금전적 가치가 없습니다. 돈으로 바꾸거나 환불하거나 팔거나 다른 사람 · 기기로 넘길 수 없습니다.
• 별사탕 잔액과 별사탕으로 연 게임은 이 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 사라집니다(다시 설치해 구매를 복원하면 위처럼 프리미엄 선물과 산 묶음은 다시 지급될 수 있습니다).
• 별사탕을 모으는 방법이나 게임 하나에 드는 별사탕 수를 바꿀 수 있습니다. 이미 연 게임은 그대로 열려 있습니다.

4. 안전하게 즐기기

• 앱은 가족 · 친구와 즐겁게 놀기 위한 것입니다. 왕 게임 같은 게임의 질문과 제시문은 술 · 선정적인 내용 없이 가족이 함께할 수 있게 만들었습니다.
• 원하지 않는 질문에 답하거나 원하지 않는 도전을 할 필요는 없습니다. 플레이어가 직접 정한 벌칙 · 도전 · 명령은 플레이어의 책임입니다: 안전하고, 서로 기분 상하지 않고, 모두가 동의한 것으로 하세요.
• 내기나 결정에 쓰는 게임은 재미로 결과를 무작위로 고릅니다. 앱은 돈이나 상품을 다루지 않습니다. 도박에 쓰지 마세요.
• 일부 게임은 폰을 돌려 가며 쓰거나, 빠르게 누르거나 몸을 움직이거나, 갑작스러운 소리 · 강한 진동 · 밝은 번쩍임(예: 폭탄이 터질 때)이 있습니다. 폰을 단단히 잡고 안전한 곳에서 즐기고, 빛에 민감하면 주의하세요.
• 앱은 의료기기가 아닙니다. 운전 중이거나 주의가 필요한 상황에서는 쓰지 마세요.

5. 이용

개인적 · 비상업적 목적으로 쓰세요. 앱이나 그 콘텐츠를 복제 · 변경 · 역설계 · 재배포하거나 결제 · 별사탕 체계를 우회하면 안 됩니다.

6. 콘텐츠

앱의 게임 · 제시어 · 질문 · 그림 · 소리 · 음악은 MyStudio 또는 그 권리자의 것입니다.

7. 변경과 제공

게임을 더하거나 바꾸는 것을 포함해 앱의 일부를 고치거나 바꾸거나 멈출 수 있습니다. 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 위의 시행일을 고칩니다.

8. 책임

앱은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 MyStudio 는 게임 중 플레이어가 정하거나 한 일을 포함해 앱 이용으로 생긴 간접 · 부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 이 약관은 이용자 나라의 소비자 법이 보장하는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

この規約は、MyStudio が運営する MyPartyGames(以下「本アプリ」)の利用に適用されます。本アプリを使うと規約に同意したものとみなします。App Store から入手した場合は、Apple の標準使用許諾契約(EULA)も適用されます。

1. 本アプリ

本アプリは、スマホ1台でひとりでも、みんなで集まっても遊べるパーティーゲームのコレクションです：みんなで遊ぶゲーム、賭けや決めごとに使うツール、ふたりで対決するゲーム、ひとりで遊ぶパズル。アカウントは不要です。一部のゲームは無料で、そのほかのゲームは遊んで集めた金平糖で一つずつ開きます(第3条)。無料版には広告が表示されます。プレミアムでは広告が表示されなくなり、金平糖を早く集められます(第2条)。

2. 購入

プレミアム

• プレミアムはサブスクリプションではなく買い切りで、期限はありません。価格は購入前にストアに表示されます。
• プレミアムでは広告が表示されなくなり、金平糖5,000個が一度もらえ、その後ゲームで集める金平糖が2倍になります。プレミアムだけですべてのゲームが開くわけではありません：有料ゲームは金平糖で開きます(第3条)。
• 新しい端末や再インストール後は、同じストアのアカウントで「購入を復元」するとプレミアムが再び開きます。ファミリー共有には対応していません。

金平糖パック

• 金平糖パックは、購入するたびに金平糖3,000個を追加します。消耗型の購入なので、プレミアムがなくても何度でも購入できます。価格は購入前にストアに表示されます。
• 金平糖と開いたゲームはこの端末にだけ保存され、アプリを削除すると失われます。再インストールして購入を復元すると、プレミアム特典の金平糖と購入した金平糖パックが再び付与されることがあります(第3条)。

支払いと返金

• 支払いは App Store または Google Play が処理します。返金はストアのポリシーに従います(App Store：reportaproblem.apple.com)。プレミアムが返金されると、プレミアムはオフになります。

3. 金平糖

• 金平糖は本アプリ内の通貨です。1回遊び終えるたびに無料でもらえます。もらえる数はゲームによって異なり(すぐ終わる決めごとツールは少なめ、パーティーゲーム・パズル・時間のかかるゲームは多め)、その日の最初の1回にはボーナスが加わります。ゲーム画面に1回入ってもらえる量には上限があります。
• 金平糖500個で、有料ゲーム一つをこの端末でずっと開いておけます。
• 金平糖に金銭的価値はありません。換金・返金・売却や、ほかの人・端末への譲渡はできません。
• 金平糖の残高と金平糖で開いたゲームは、この端末にだけ保存されます。アプリを削除したり端末を変えたりすると失われます(再インストール後に購入を復元すると、上のとおりプレミアム特典と購入したパックが再び付与されることがあります)。
• 金平糖の集め方や、ゲーム一つに必要な金平糖の数を変更することがあります。すでに開いたゲームは開いたままです。

4. 安全に楽しむために

• 本アプリは家族や友だちと楽しく遊ぶためのものです。王様ゲームなどの質問やお題は、お酒や性的な内容を含まず、家族で一緒に遊べるように作っています。
• 答えたくない質問に答えたり、したくない挑戦をしたりする必要はありません。プレイヤーが自分で決めた罰ゲーム・挑戦・命令はプレイヤーの責任です：安全で、誰も嫌な思いをせず、全員が同意したものにしてください。
• 賭けや決めごとに使うゲームは、楽しみのために結果をランダムに選びます。本アプリはお金や賞品を扱いません。賭博には使わないでください。
• 一部のゲームには、スマホを回して使う、すばやく連打する、体を動かす、突然の音・強い振動・明るい点滅(例：爆弾が爆発するとき)があります。スマホをしっかり持って安全な場所で遊び、光に敏感な方はご注意ください。
• 本アプリは医療機器ではありません。運転中や注意が必要な場面では使わないでください。

5. 利用

個人的・非商用の目的でお使いください。本アプリやそのコンテンツの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布、購入や金平糖の仕組みの回避はできません。

6. コンテンツ

本アプリのゲーム・お題・質問・グラフィック・音・音楽は MyStudio またはその権利者に帰属します。

7. 変更と提供

ゲームの追加や変更を含め、本アプリの一部を更新・変更・停止することがあります。規約を変更するときは、このページと上の施行日を更新します。

8. 責任

本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。法律で認められる範囲で、MyStudio は、ゲーム中にプレイヤーが決めたことや行ったことを含め、本アプリの利用による間接的・付随的な損害について責任を負いません。この規約は、お住まいの国の消費者法による権利を制限しません。
