These terms apply to your use of MyPocketGames (the "App"), operated by MyStudio. By using the App you agree to them. If you got the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.

1. The App

The App is a collection of mini games you play on your own: quick-reflex arcade games, puzzles, brain and memory games, board games against the computer and solitaire card games. No account is needed. Some games are free, and the others are opened one at a time with Marbles, which you earn by playing (section 3). The free version shows ads. Premium removes ads and helps you collect Marbles faster (section 2).

2. Purchases

Premium

• Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not expire. The price is shown by the store before you buy.
• Premium removes ads, adds 5,000 Marbles once, and doubles the Marbles you earn while playing from then on. It does not open every game by itself: paid games are opened with Marbles (section 3).
• Use "Restore purchase" with the same store account to get Premium back on a new device or after reinstalling. Family Sharing is not available.

Marble packs

• A Marble pack adds 3,000 Marbles each time you buy it. It is a consumable purchase: you can buy it as many times as you like, with or without Premium. The price is shown by the store before you buy.
• Marbles and the games you opened are stored only on this device and are lost if you delete the App. If you reinstall and restore your purchases, the Premium gift Marbles and the Marble packs you bought may be given again (section 3).

Payment and refunds

• Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow the store's policy (for the App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com). If a Premium purchase is refunded, Premium is turned off.

3. Marbles

• Marbles are the App's in-app currency. You get a few to start with when you first open the App, and you earn more for free each time you finish a round. The amount depends on the game (a very short try gives the least; arcade runs, games against the computer, solved puzzles and long games give more), and your first round of the day gives a bonus. There is a limit to how much you can earn in one visit to a game.
• 500 Marbles open one paid game for good on this device.
• Marbles have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, refunded, sold, or transferred to another person or device.
• Your Marbles balance and the games you opened with Marbles are kept only on your device. If you delete the App or change devices, they are lost (purchases restored after reinstalling may give the Premium gift and bought packs again, as above).
• We may change how Marbles are earned or how many a game costs. Games you have already opened stay open.

4. Playing safely

• The App is just for fun. Some games need quick taps and swipes, or use sudden sounds, vibration or flashes (for example when a bomb goes off or a balloon pops). Hold the phone firmly, play in a safe place, and take care if you are sensitive to flashing light.
• While a game is on screen, the screen stays on. Take a break now and then to rest your eyes and hands.
• Brain and memory games are for fun. They do not test, train or treat memory, attention or any health condition, and the App is not a medical device. Do not use it while driving or in situations that need your attention.

5. Your use

Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App or its content, or bypass or tamper with purchases, Marbles or records.

6. Content

The App's games, puzzles, graphics and sounds belong to MyStudio or its licensors.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the App, including adding or changing games. If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above.

8. Liability

The App is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, MyStudio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

9. Law and contact

이 약관은 MyStudio 가 운영하는 MyPocketGames(이하 "앱")을 쓸 때 적용됩니다. 앱을 쓰면 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. App Store 에서 받은 경우 Apple 의 표준 사용권 계약(EULA)도 함께 적용됩니다.

1. 앱

앱은 혼자 즐기는 미니게임 모음입니다: 순발력 아케이드, 퍼즐, 두뇌 · 기억 게임, 컴퓨터와 겨루는 보드 게임, 혼자 하는 카드 게임. 계정은 필요 없습니다. 일부 게임은 무료이고, 나머지는 놀면서 모은 구슬로 하나씩 엽니다(3장). 무료 버전에는 광고가 나옵니다. 프리미엄은 광고를 없애고 구슬을 더 빨리 모으게 해 줍니다(2장).

2. 구매

프리미엄

• 프리미엄은 구독이 아닌 한 번 결제이며 기간이 끝나지 않습니다. 가격은 사기 전에 스토어가 보여 줍니다.
• 프리미엄은 광고를 없애고, 구슬 5,000개를 한 번 주고, 그 뒤로 게임에서 모으는 구슬을 2배로 합니다. 프리미엄만으로 모든 게임이 열리지는 않습니다: 유료 게임은 구슬로 엽니다(3장).
• 새 기기나 다시 설치한 뒤에는 같은 스토어 계정으로 "구매 복원"을 누르면 프리미엄이 다시 열립니다. 가족 공유는 되지 않습니다.

구슬 묶음

• 구슬 묶음은 살 때마다 구슬 3,000개를 넣어 줍니다. 소모성 구매라 프리미엄이 없어도 몇 번이든 살 수 있습니다. 가격은 사기 전에 스토어가 보여 줍니다.
• 구슬과 연 게임은 이 기기에만 저장되어 앱을 지우면 사라지며, 다시 설치해 구매를 복원하면 프리미엄 선물 구슬과 산 구슬 묶음이 다시 지급될 수 있습니다(3장).

결제와 환불

• 결제는 App Store 또는 Google Play 가 처리합니다. 환불은 스토어 정책을 따릅니다(App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com). 프리미엄이 환불되면 프리미엄은 꺼집니다.

3. 구슬

• 구슬은 앱 안에서 쓰는 화폐입니다. 앱을 처음 켜면 시작용 구슬을 조금 받고, 한 판을 마칠 때마다 무료로 더 받습니다. 받는 양은 게임에 따라 다르고(아주 짧은 한 번은 적게, 아케이드 한 판 · 컴퓨터와의 대결 · 풀어낸 퍼즐 · 오래 걸리는 판은 더 많이), 하루 첫 판에는 보너스가 더해집니다. 게임 화면에 한 번 들어가서 받을 수 있는 양에는 한도가 있습니다.
• 구슬 500개로 유료 게임 하나를 이 기기에서 계속 열어 둡니다.
• 구슬은 금전적 가치가 없습니다. 돈으로 바꾸거나 환불하거나 팔거나 다른 사람 · 기기로 넘길 수 없습니다.
• 구슬 잔액과 구슬로 연 게임은 이 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 사라집니다(다시 설치해 구매를 복원하면 위처럼 프리미엄 선물과 산 묶음은 다시 지급될 수 있습니다).
• 구슬을 모으는 방법이나 게임 하나에 드는 구슬 수를 바꿀 수 있습니다. 이미 연 게임은 그대로 열려 있습니다.

4. 안전하게 즐기기

• 앱은 재미로 즐기기 위한 것입니다. 일부 게임은 빠르게 누르거나 밀어야 하고, 갑작스러운 소리 · 진동 · 번쩍임(예: 폭탄이나 풍선이 터질 때)이 있습니다. 폰을 단단히 잡고 안전한 곳에서 즐기고, 빛에 민감하면 주의하세요.
• 게임 화면이 떠 있는 동안에는 화면이 꺼지지 않습니다. 가끔 쉬면서 눈과 손을 쉬게 해 주세요.
• 두뇌 · 기억 게임은 재미를 위한 것으로, 기억력 · 집중력이나 건강 상태를 검사 · 훈련 · 치료하지 않습니다. 앱은 의료기기가 아닙니다. 운전 중이거나 주의가 필요한 상황에서는 쓰지 마세요.

5. 이용

개인적 · 비상업적 목적으로 쓰세요. 앱이나 그 콘텐츠를 복제 · 변경 · 역설계 · 재배포하거나 결제 · 구슬 · 기록을 우회하거나 조작하면 안 됩니다.

6. 콘텐츠

앱의 게임 · 퍼즐 · 그림 · 소리는 MyStudio 또는 그 권리자의 것입니다.

7. 변경과 제공

게임을 더하거나 바꾸는 것을 포함해 앱의 일부를 고치거나 바꾸거나 멈출 수 있습니다. 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 위의 시행일을 고칩니다.

8. 책임

앱은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 MyStudio 는 앱 이용으로 생긴 간접 · 부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 이 약관은 이용자 나라의 소비자 법이 보장하는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

この規約は、MyStudio が運営する MyPocketGames(以下「本アプリ」)の利用に適用されます。本アプリを使うと規約に同意したものとみなします。App Store から入手した場合は、Apple の標準使用許諾契約(EULA)も適用されます。

1. 本アプリ

本アプリは、ひとりで遊ぶミニゲームのコレクションです：アーケード、パズル、脳トレ・記憶ゲーム、コンピューターと対戦するボードゲーム、ひとりで遊ぶカードゲーム。アカウントは不要です。一部のゲームは無料で、そのほかのゲームは遊んで集めたビー玉で一つずつ開きます(第3条)。無料版には広告が表示されます。プレミアムでは広告が表示されなくなり、ビー玉を早く集められます(第2条)。

2. 購入

プレミアム

• プレミアムはサブスクリプションではなく買い切りで、期限はありません。価格は購入前にストアに表示されます。
• プレミアムでは広告が表示されなくなり、ビー玉5,000個が一度もらえ、その後ゲームで集めるビー玉が2倍になります。プレミアムだけですべてのゲームが開くわけではありません：有料ゲームはビー玉で開きます(第3条)。
• 新しい端末や再インストール後は、同じストアのアカウントで「購入を復元」するとプレミアムが再び開きます。ファミリー共有には対応していません。

ビー玉パック

• ビー玉パックは、購入するたびにビー玉3,000個を追加します。消耗型の購入なので、プレミアムがなくても何度でも購入できます。価格は購入前にストアに表示されます。
• ビー玉と開いたゲームはこの端末にだけ保存され、アプリを削除すると失われます。再インストールして購入を復元すると、プレミアム特典のビー玉と購入したビー玉パックが再び付与されることがあります(第3条)。

支払いと返金

• 支払いは App Store または Google Play が処理します。返金はストアのポリシーに従います(App Store：reportaproblem.apple.com)。プレミアムが返金されると、プレミアムはオフになります。

3. ビー玉

• ビー玉は本アプリ内の通貨です。初めて本アプリを開いたときに少しもらえ、1回遊び終えるたびに無料でさらにもらえます。もらえる数はゲームによって異なり(ごく短い1回は少なめ、アーケードの1回・コンピューターとの対戦・解いたパズル・時間のかかるゲームは多め)、その日の最初の1回にはボーナスが加わります。ゲーム画面に1回入ってもらえる量には上限があります。
• ビー玉500個で、有料ゲーム一つをこの端末でずっと開いておけます。
• ビー玉に金銭的価値はありません。換金・返金・売却や、ほかの人・端末への譲渡はできません。
• ビー玉の残高とビー玉で開いたゲームは、この端末にだけ保存されます。アプリを削除したり端末を変えたりすると失われます(再インストール後に購入を復元すると、上のとおりプレミアム特典と購入したパックが再び付与されることがあります)。
• ビー玉の集め方や、ゲーム一つに必要なビー玉の数を変更することがあります。すでに開いたゲームは開いたままです。

4. 安全に楽しむために

• 本アプリは楽しく遊ぶためのものです。一部のゲームには、すばやいタップやスワイプ、突然の音・振動・点滅(例：爆弾が爆発したり風船が割れたりするとき)があります。スマホをしっかり持って安全な場所で遊び、光に敏感な方はご注意ください。
• ゲーム画面を表示している間は、画面が消えません。ときどき休憩して、目と手を休めてください。
• 脳トレ・記憶ゲームは楽しみのためのもので、記憶力・集中力や健康状態の検査・訓練・治療を目的としたものではありません。本アプリは医療機器ではありません。運転中や注意が必要な場面では使わないでください。

5. 利用

個人的・非商用の目的でお使いください。本アプリやそのコンテンツの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布、購入・ビー玉・記録の回避や改ざんはできません。

6. コンテンツ

本アプリのゲーム・パズル・グラフィック・音は MyStudio またはその権利者に帰属します。

7. 変更と提供

ゲームの追加や変更を含め、本アプリの一部を更新・変更・停止することがあります。規約を変更するときは、このページと上の施行日を更新します。

8. 責任

本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。法律で認められる範囲で、MyStudio は本アプリの利用による間接的・付随的な損害について責任を負いません。この規約は、お住まいの国の消費者法による権利を制限しません。

9. 準拠法とお問い合わせ
